FAKE LORDSHIP AND FEUDAL TITLES

The vast majority of Manorial and Feudal titles being sold these days are not genuine and are only of novelty value. So many people are being ripped off.

This website lists those titles that are escheat with warnings about other dubious practices by companies/platforms trying to convince you that a title is genuine because it has an Epitome of Title?? 

Don't be fooled an Epitome of Title in relation to manorial and feudal titles does nothing of the  sort. A complete set of deeds is required in order to prove ownership and validity.

If you have unwittingly purchased a title which is an Escheat Title and listed on this website, you need to seek independent legal advice.  

Only the Crown can re-issue an Escheat title. Not a Barrister or Solicitor as some dubious platforms and companies would lead you to believe.

There are NO legal ways in which a company, solicitor or barrister can re-establish a manorial or feudal title. What they are selling is the Quiet Enjoyment of the title name only.
