The copy of the above solicitors letter has several 'red flags' because:

The email address is not a professional address being at gmail.

The email address is of the court of nobility which is a defunct court which nobility have cloned the name of. It does not have any links whatsoever with the Crown or Government. 

Sainabou Ceesay LLB is a lawyer registered in Gambia. He is NOT registered in the UK and does not possess a DX number

The address is an office accommodation address

The holder, Janey Lynne de Avalon-Espinosa, does not own the title. It is a Possessory title with quiet enjoyment. Not a title as such but the use of the name of the title in Quiet Enjoyment. We wonder how much she paid for this?
