Their research doesn't add up to much as they register titles sold by Manorial Counsel ltd who have NEVER sold a genuine title. They only sell the Quiet Enjoyment of a title name. That is not a genuine title.
Therefore any solicitor should steer well clear of this platform. Most of what they say about themselves on their website is completely fictitious.
They should understand that a genuine title needs to hold a complete set of deeds and not be one which uses just the title name with a fraudulent solicitors letter making out its a genuine title. Solicitors in the past have been reprimanded for exactly the same reasons as the fraudulent behaviour of Hattons solicitors.
If the directors of this platform want legal clarification, all they need to is contact the office of Michael Baxendale of Newhall Solicitors for clarification on the status of Manorial Counsel Ltd titles as well as other fraudulent platforms like nobility.co.uk.
They fail to understand that a title which has been sold with an Epitome of Title document is nothing more that a dubious title at best. So any company/platform which has sold titles with the help of an Epitome of Title should be avoided as such titles cannot be classed as genuine, valid or proof of ownership.
A genuine Manorial or Feudal title can only be established when there are a full set of deeds of previous holders and in an unbroken chain

Titles which hold a complete set of deeds are rare.
Any title on the list of Escheat titles cannot be sold as a genuine title. Only the Crown can re-issue these titles.
