Be extremely cautious of any company/platform using these two words Intellectual Property) in their contract/legal documents. Several platforms use these two words as a 'get out clause' of avoiding telling you how they themselves acquired a title?

The fact is that there is not any intellectual property with the acquisition of manorial and feudal titles.
